1. Services

3Pattie provides Android app and game development, UI/UX design, app store optimization, and related services. Project scope, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual contracts.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Ensure ownership or rights to any provided content (e.g., images, code).
• Make payments as per agreed schedules.

3. Payments

Payments are due as per project contracts. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly penalty. All prices exclude taxes, which are the client’s responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of delivered products. 3Pattie retains rights to use deliverables in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We protect client data and project details under strict confidentiality, except as required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days’ written notice. Clients are liable for work completed up to termination.

7. Warranties and Liability

We warrant services will meet agreed specifications. Our liability is limited to the project fee paid. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in Karachi courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page.
